If you have any complaint regarding our services, fleet, employees, mis-commitment, mis-behaviour or general complaints, we are happy to hear you all the time. we always want you to contact us and tell about your concerns.
You can use any of the following method to complaint us;
We acknowledge your Complaint within one working day and proper reply on your provided email/Call back within 7 working days(if complaint has been logged on our website).
We reply to your letter within 20 working days once we received.
Maximum turn around time for complaint resolution is eight weeks.
If you may still not satisfied with the explanation or resolution provided to you, legal ombudsman can be contacted.
We want to give you the best possible service. However, if at any point you become unhappy with the service we have provided to you or you have concerns about your bill then you should inform us immediately so that we can do our best to resolve the problem for you. We have a procedure in place which details how we handle complaints which is available at our website. We have eight weeks turn around time to consider your complaint. If we are unable to help you, then you can have the complaint independently looked at by the Legal Ombudsman. The Legal Ombudsman can investigate complaints up to six years from the date of the problem happening or within three years of when you found out about the problem. If you wish to refer your complaint to the Legal Ombudsman this must be done within six months of our final response to your complaint.
